Head over to your account, log in, and visit the Phones and Calibration section of your Profile page myascand.xplicator.com. Then download the phone holder perfectly matching the dimensions of your phone.
ASCAND 3D Printable Files
If you are using the VISION Kit without Laser Scanning, the only thing you need is the Turn Table Sleeve Ring that MUST BE PRINTED using WHITE PLA. If you got your VISION Kit from us, everything you need was included in your Box.
If you want to use LASER Triangulation, you need the Body of your choice, and a Laser Holder. As long as you are ensuring that your Phone Camera is aligned with the Scanner Axis, the Phone Holder and the Phone Stick are optional.

Turn Table Sleeve Ring

Laser Holder
The Laser Holder holds the red ASCAND Laser Module in place. Latest Version with a 5° tilt for added height. Print it in PLA using any color you like

Phone Holder Sticks
The Phone Holder Alignment Sticks make sure that your Phone Holder is at a right angle to your ASCAND Turn Table.

Calibration Card Holder
The One-Size-Fits-All Generic card holder is the perfect companion for doing your Calibration Scans. Just slide it together, insert your Calibration Card and record/upload 2 full rotations to fine tune the ASCAND setup of your phone.
Turn Table Bracket
This component holds the Turn Table in place. It is using a LEGO like structure to attach to the Body or a LEGO stucture. Print it using PLA any color you like
The MACRO Table is placed onto the Turn Table to enhance the scan resolution for very small Objects that have a smaller diameter than 80mm.
Don’t forget to set your Camera Zoom to 2x when using it.
MACRO Table Adapter
This is the adapter, that allows you to center the 90mm MACRO Table on your 200mm ASCAND Turn Table and hold it in place..
MACRO Table
This is a mini 90mm set-top turn table that is placed and centered on your ASCAND Turn Table using the MACRO Table Adapter.
MACRO Table Sleeve Ring
This is the mini MACRO version of your Magic Sleeve Ring. Stick your MACRO Magic Sleeve on it and place it onto your MACRO Table for MACRO Scans
Print Settings
All files for the ASCAND 3D scanner are designed to be 3D-printed on most standard consumer 3D Printers with easy-to-use, widely-available, affordable PLA+ at a minimum temperature of 215C. A standard 0.4mm nozzle is fine. Infill does not matter.
You can print the Plate in any color your like as long as you are not getting too glossy. However, the Turn Table Sleeve Ring HAS TO BE printed in WHITE to avoid the white bits of the Block Code Tape from being “recolored” by a Turn Table Sleeve Ring color that shines through.

Printing Cost & Time
The total printing time on a consumer grade 3D printer for the complete Plate is about 6:26 hours (on a Prusa MK3).You will need about 78g of 1.75 PLA Filament. Total filament cost for the plate should be about EUR/US$ 2.
Due to the size of some components, please DISABLE “Brim”, the “Skirt”, and the “Raft” settings you might have when “slicing” the Plates, the Center Bar, or the Turn Table Sleeve Ring.
