Education, museum and organizational enquiries

ASCAND can be considered in different institutional settings, but the useful starting point is not a generic request for “more information.” Explain how you are thinking about using structured 3D capture.

Include:

A useful partnership enquiry explains the role your organization proposes to play in the ASCAND ecosystem.

Please include:

• your organization and relevant experience;
• the audience, customer group or community you serve;
• the market or geographic context relevant to the proposal;
• the ASCAND products, platform, knowledge or audience pathway involved;
• the proposed distribution, education, content, integration or collaboration role;
• what your organization would contribute; and
• what you would like to explore together.

If the proposal concerns distribution or resale, describe the customers and channels you already support. If it concerns education or content, explain the setting, intended audience and format. If it concerns technical integration, identify the workflow boundary and intended user benefit without sending confidential implementation material in the first message.

Submitting a partnership enquiry does not establish authorization, exclusivity, territory, pricing, margin, product allocation or availability. Those are separate commercial and operational decisions that require verification and, where applicable, a written agreement.

For an editorial, research, review, demonstration, exhibition or content request, provide enough context to understand both the project and the requested contribution.

Include:

• the ASCAND product, workflow or knowledge area involved;
• the contribution you are requesting;
• the intended use of any information or assets; and
• relevant timing.

Keep factual verification separate from creative collaboration. A request for an interview, demonstration, review unit, image, model, quotation, technical review or research participation may involve different evidence, rights and operational decisions.

Do not assume that a public website image, product photograph, scan result or technical explanation is automatically licensed for republication or endorsement. State how you intend to use the material so the appropriate rights and evidence can be considered.

Use this route for an organizational pre-purchase question, proposal or general conversation that does not fit the categories above.

Describe:

• what you are trying to accomplish;
• where and by whom the system may be used;
• the ASCAND product, platform stage or workflow involved, if known;
• whether you are researching, comparing, budgeting or preparing a decision;
• any timing that materially affects the question; and

Share enough context—without sending unnecessary data

The first message should establish the enquiry, not transfer every document or project file connected with it.

Include only information needed to understand:

• a clear subject;
• a concise message;
• the relevant country or market only when needed for the request; and

A useful message can follow this structure:
