Boost scan accuracy with the ASCAND laser alignment sheet
Download and print our Laser Alignment Sheet (PDF), cut it out, and place it on your ASCAND turntable. Then just align your laser line with the guide markings on the sheet. For best results, place two LEGO® bricks at the center point—this ensures perfect vertical alignment.
With this quick setup, your ASCAND Laser Extension Kit will be tuned for precise, detailed scans every time.

MINI Table Adapter
This is the adapter, that allows you to center the 90mm MACRO Table on your 200mm ASCAND Turn Table and hold it in place.

MAX30 Turn Table Adapter
Simply place this Turntable Adapter onto the standard ASCAND Turntable and add a 3mm thick black felt circle with a 300mm diameter on top. This setup expands your scan area to 300mm, giving you more surface space for larger objects and improved scanning flexibility

ASCAND Print Plates
VISION Production Plate
The ASCAND VISION Production STL consists of the ASCAND Sleeve Ring, the Phone Holder, and the Calibration Card Holder.
It MUST be printed in WHITE PLA or PETG. After printing you need to carefully attach the Standard ASCAND Magic Sleeve to it.
It needs about 43g of Filament and should print in 1-2 hours on a recent consumer grade 3D printer.
LASER Production Plate
The ASCAND Laser Expansion Kit Production STL consists of the ASCAND Laser Bracket, the Laser Holder, the Phone Stick, and the Side Stick.
You can 3D print it using PLA in any color you like.
It needs about 52g of Filament and should print in 1-2 hours on a recent consumer grade 3D printer.
Print Settings
All files for the ASCAND 3D scanner are designed to be 3D-printed on most standard consumer 3D Printers with easy-to-use, widely-available, affordable PLA+ at a minimum temperature of 215C. A standard 0.4mm nozzle is fine. Infill does not matter.
You can print the Plate in any color your like as long as you are not getting too glossy. However, the Turn Table Sleeve Ring HAS TO BE printed in WHITE to avoid the white bits of the Block Code Tape from being “recolored” by a Turn Table Sleeve Ring color that shines through.
